Sprouts All-Ages
Sprouts is our 40-minute Friday class for children ages one to five, all together. It’s made for all types of families, including families with siblings at different stages, so you can share one Friday morning class instead of splitting between two.
Why mixed ages work
Younger children pick up words and movements by watching the older ones. Older children build patience, leadership and confidence by helping and showing the little ones what to do. Everyone learns from each other.
What a class looks like
Every song and game is shaped so a one-year-old and a five-year-old can enjoy it side by side, whether they’re bouncing and listening or singing along and leading the beat. Each class moves through a greeting, rhythm and instruments, movement and scarves, a quieter listening song, and our closing routine. We follow the same pattern each week, so children settle in quickly and the confidence grows from there.
